(a) Our Contract When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we send a confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched.
(b) Pricing and Availability While we ensure all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs are charged in addition, and these charges are displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.

(d) Delivery You will receive confirmation of delivery costs and banking details via email.
Turnaround All fully paid orders are shipped within 7-10 working days. Powder-coated signs may take longer, depending on supplier availability.
Carriers We use The Courier Guy for deliveries.
Order Tracking If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
